Precious Parcels was set up in October 2008.

Natalie began making plaques purely as a hobby. She'd always enjoyed making things and as she was at home looking after her new son, she thought it would be an ideal time to get creative.

Friends suggested she should list her work on Ebay to see if anyone liked it, and when the first few items sold she continued to make more... and more....

As a result of this unexpected demand she set about designing the website and Precious Parcels was born.

Over two years later the product range has grown immensely and there are extra hands helping Natalie with production and admin.

In February 2010, Precious Parcels Wholesale was set up and they began selling their products to shops across the UK.

The majority of orders are dispatched within 5 workings days however please allow 7-10 working days. Orders are sent first class using Royal Mail. During busy periods orders may take longer so please inform us if your order is required by a specific date.

Whilst most of orders that we send are received the following day, Royal Mail unfortunately cannot guarantee that this will always be the case.

There is a flat rate delivery charge of just £1.95 to any UK address. regardless of how much you spend in total on one order.
P+P to Ireland is £3.50
P+P to Europe is £4.50

If you would like to pay by Paypal or Credit/Debit card you can order through this website using the shopping cart.
(Credit/Debit card payments are processed by Paypal. However you do not need a Paypal account to carry out your transaction.)

If you would like to pay by cheque/by phone please add your items to the basket as normal and select cheque/phone when you get to the checkout.
(You will be emailed an order confirmation along with details of where to send your cheque. Please make cheques payable to Precious Parcels.)

No invoices are included in the parcels so can be sent directly to the recipient.
