After waiting the 10days for my name plaque to arrive and it not turning up I was extreemly disappointed. However, I contacted Natalie and as promised a new plaque was sent! This is my second order and I was pleased with the quality of the plaque and will definately be continuing to use her site again as this didn't put me off due to the superb and excellent service Natalie provides. |

I was at a loss as to what to get my best friend for her birthday then I saw the plaque "friends like you are precious and few". The picture on the site did not do it justice, it was beautiful and my friend loved it! This is the second time I have used the site and I'll definately be back!! |
