I have just received my wooden letters and although there was a little confusion to begin with precious parcels has an excellent costumer service.

My son has a name plaque and the giant letters and they are so beautiful. Everyone has commented on how gorgeous they are and they really complete his bedroom.

I was at a loss as to what to get my best friend for her birthday then I saw the plaque "friends like you are precious and few". The picture on the site did not do it justice, it was beautiful and my friend loved it! This is the second time I have used the site and I'll definately be back!! |

Recieved within the 10working days as promised and arrived in one piece. I loved the name plaque and it's looks lovely on our new additions door! It is also true to what picture is displayed on the website and being able to personalise it made it extra special!
