UK delivery is £1.95. This is a fixed rate regardless of the total value of your order. All orders are sent First Class Royal Mail.
We can deliver to The Republic of Ireland (Eire) for just £2.95. Simply choose Republic of Ireland (Eire) from the drop down menu in the shopping cart and click recalculate.
If you would like your order to be sent by Special Delivery or any other service please contact us to arrange additional payment.
Your order will be delivered to the address specified when the order was placed. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses.
Most orders are dispatched within 5 days however please allow 7-10 working days. Whilst the majority of orders that we send first class to UK addresses are received the following day, Royal Mail unfortunately does not guarantee that this will always be the case.
Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation.
In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is unavailable you will be informed and given the option to change your order. If you do not wish to change your order, a refund will be given for the unavailable item/s.
If any items arrive damaged you must inform us on the day they arrive and return them to us within 7 days of delivery. A full refund will be given for the damaged items.
If you are not entirely satisfied with an item please return it within 7 days of delivery and a full refund will be given – no questions asked.
Whilst I endeavour to keep the information and products on this website up-to-date and correct, I make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of information and products on this website. All items are for decorative purposes only and should not be treated as toys. Therefore products should not be given to babies or children.
